For each family unit, a parent/legal guardian or Associate Member is required to volunteer for 3 entire rodeos. Not fulfilling the volunteer requirement will result in a loss of points for all competing family contestants for up to three (3) full rodeos that will be selected at random. 1 missed volunteer night = 1 rodeo's worth of points missed, 2 missed volunteer night = 2 rodeo's worth of points missed and 3 missed volunteer nights = 3 rodeo's worth of points missed.
A link to the Volunteer sign-up will be posted to our website beginning in April. It will be the responsibility of the volunteer to report to the venue leads. The volunteer, at the end of the Rodeo, will report to the venue leaders who will provide a volunteer voucher. Volunteers then return the signed vouchers to the Rodeo Secretary where they will be used to track fulfilled obligations. The Event Lead will not be accountable for ensuring volunteers receive vouchers.
