Invest in a Winning Team
The Little Britches Youth Association (LBYA) has been benefiting the youth of Elbert, Douglas, El Paso, Arapahoe, Adams, and other surrounding counties for over 30 years.
Our long-standing presence in the community has allowed the organization to grow to hundreds of youth members. LBYA is a non-profit organization, organized under section 501© (3) of the Internal Revenue code, run entirely by the parents, members and volunteers devoted to the promotion of junior rodeo and the continued support of our nation’s youth. The aim and purpose of the organization is directed toward the interest of the western-minded youth of the nation.

LBYA holds 8 annual rodeos in Elbert, Colorado each year for our cowboys and cowgirls, ages 5 through 18. Points are accumulated through the 8-week series for top honors. We strive to build sportsmanship, responsibility and provide an enjoyable family pastime for everyone involved.

The highlight of our season and what each contestant eagerly looks forward to is our annual Awards Ceremony and Banquet. Each year we award the contestants with all-around awards, participation, attendance, and many other general awards. The awards consist of All-Around Championship saddles in each division. Also awarded are quality buckles, tack and gift certificates thanks to our generous sponsors.

The organization strives to keep the rodeo cost low so that it can be affordable to as many in the community as possible. The contestants use this sponsorship program to help offset the cost of the quality awards LBYA distributes. We welcome and appreciate the individuals or businesses that would like to support our youth.
